I am a 1968 ranch style block home in Zephyrhills. There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms with 1580 square foot heated excluding the utility room, which has an AC vent. I feature a living room and dining area combined, a family room, and a large utility room which is accessed through my side screened porch. There are two screened porches. The back porch is accessed through a door from the family room, or French doors from the kitchen. The side screened porch used to be a carport at one time, and could be again if desired.  I realize my age, but I do have good bones, and upgrades: roof, soffit, screens, blinds, light fixtures, the interior and exterior freshly painted and a 3.5-ton AC unit in 2025. Over the years I also had new windows throughout installed plus bathroom vanities. I am situated on 10 acres with lovely oak trees and a horse barn. Hurricane Milton did damage many of my trees, but not the house or the barn. A new water line from the well pump to the house access was installed in 2025. My well is over 200 foot deep. I had beautiful horses boarded here at one time. The horse barn has 5 stalls and a covered paddock. 4 stalls are 12 x12 and 1 foaling stall is 12 x 24. There is a tack room and wash rack. The back yard is fenced, and I have one cross fence in the back. This is a peaceful property with lovely trees and my owner has been here for over 38 years. They have adored living here and have taken care of me to the best of their abilities. Seller is a licensed Realtor.
