However, tenant may plant flowers and vegetables on the oversize lot. if tenant plants any flowers or other plants, then tenant would be responsible to maintain those other plants in an attractive manner. The property is professionally managed and all applicants should review full disclosures before making an application. Please note that there is a detached garage on the property that is NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RENTAL OR USAGE OF THIS HOME. This garage has separate driveway that tenant may NOT park in.
